Executive / Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing
Contract terms - Permanent

  • To be involved in overall marketing functions for projects by developing and carrying out marketing plans, strategies and campaigns to hit sales targets
  • Keep abreast on market information and trends and able to conduct market research and comparative studies to facilitate management decision
  • Be able to establish strong network and good relationship with vendors and marketing agencies
  • Overseas operation of all projects
  • Up to date with authorities' regulations
  • Liaise with solicitors to prepare sales documents and side letters and facilitate approvals from authorities and Controller of Housing
  • Handle both sales and leasing enquiries and follow up closely to push sales for all projects , including overseeing performance of marketing agencies
  • Handle all new lease negotiations, renewals and administration
  • Prepare reports, market analysis and do presentations for sales, marketing and leasing to management frequently so as to keep them abreast of trend and info
  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate/ Property/Marketing
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the Property industry
  • Possess general knowledge of authorities’ parameters e.g. URA, BCA, LTA
  • Comprehensive knowledge regarding Options, SPA clauses and COH prelaunch requirements
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks when being assigned
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative and have the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Collaborates well in a team environment
  • Responsible, resourceful and meticulous

Admin Executive - Corporate Secretarial and Administration
Contract Terms – Permanent

A) Corporate Secretarial:
  • Assist superior in performing all secretarial duties
    (including preparing/ arranging of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, maintenance of registers and minutes books, liaising with corporate secretarial agent on company incorporation etc)
  • Liaise with corporate secretarial agent to ensure timely filing of AGM, EGM and Annual Return documents, familiar with ACRA filing
  • Assist in establishment of bank accounts and facilities
  • Ensure compliance of corporate secretarial policies and procedures
B) Administration (Finance support):
  • Assist superior in providing administrative support to Finance department including:
    • Preparing bank application forms and cover letters as assigned
    • Answering phone calls and arranging for courier services
    • Circulation of documents for signatures within the organisation
    • Coordination for meetings and department events including yearly housekeeping
    • Tracking of storage, new cheque books and bank records
    • Performing legal search and purchasing of BizFile
    • Other admin ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
  • Candidates with knowledge to company secretarial practice, Singapore Companies Act and relevant laws are preferred
  • Individual who possess SAICSA certification (or currently pursuing SAICSA course) and/ or has prior relevant experience in CPA firm, law firm or as in house Corporate Secretarial or legal environment would be an added advantage.
