Roxy-Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd (“Roxy-Pacific” or the “Group”) is an established property and hospitality group with a track record dating back to 1967. With over five decades of experience, the Group operates an integrated real estate platform spanning development, investment, and hospitality across key markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Group’s development activities are focused on residential projects, including apartments and condominiums. Since 2004, Roxy-Pacific has delivered over 60 developments comprising more than 5,000 residential and commercial units across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
In hospitality, the Group owns a diversified portfolio of assets, anchored by Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy, its flagship property. The Group also owns and operates Noku Hotels, its proprietary hospitality brand, comprising a collection of hotels and resorts across key Asian destinations including Kyoto, Osaka and Phuket. In the Maldives, the Group owns Noku Maldives under IHG’s Vignette Collection.
The Group maintains a geographically diversified investment portfolio across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, comprising retail and commercial assets in established urban locations.

The Group’s property development division oversees the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and design development to project management and completion, delivering well-designed developments that create lasting value for residents and the community.
Hotel Ownership
Noku Hotels is the group’s proprietary boutique hospitality brand, owned and operated in-house. It is a collection of boutique hotels and resorts located in popular Asian destinations such as Kyoto, Osaka, Phuket and Maldives. Inspired by their surroundings, each property reflects a unique hallmark through distinctive designs, fusion of flavours and experiential adventures.
