Teo Hong Lim, Executive Chairman and CEO of Roxy-Pacific Holdings

A Message from the Chairman

At Roxy-Pacific Holdings, our focus has always been on building sustainable value through disciplined investments, quality developments, and prudent management. Guided by a long-term perspective, the Group continues to strengthen its presence across property development, hospitality, and strategic investments.

Our property development business remains a key pillar of growth. Through thoughtful design, careful land acquisition, and strong project execution, we aim to deliver developments that enhance the communities in which we operate while maintaining strong financial discipline.

The Group also maintains a diversified investment portfolio. Through prudent capital allocation, we seek opportunities in income-generating assets and strategic investments that provide stable and recurring returns, supporting the Group’s long-term growth and resilience across market cycles.

Hospitality continues to be an important part of our portfolio. Beyond owning hotel assets, we are proud to develop and grow our own hospitality brand, Noku, which reflects our commitment to creating thoughtfully curated lifestyle experiences. Together with our hospitality partners, we continue to strengthen our hotel portfolio while building the Noku brand as a distinctive offering within our hospitality platform.

Beyond financial performance, we believe strongly in contributing positively to society. Through our corporate social responsibility initiatives, we continue to partner with community organisations to support meaningful causes and give back to the communities around us.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to pursuing opportunities that align with our long-term vision while upholding the values that have guided Roxy-Pacific Holdings since its founding.
